    flyingsim.com uses ICAO DAFIF data from the excellent http://data.x-plane.com/ under GPL license
    Please do not "mine" this site, instead get the data from code.google.com

    OpenFlights is a site that lets you map your flights around the world, search and filter them in all sorts of interesting ways,
    calculate statistics automatically, and share your flights and trips with friends and the entire world (if you wish).

    Technology

    This site runs on Google AppEngine using the Django framework for Python. The front-end is a mash-up of flash built with Adobe Flex and Google Maps.

    We of course strive to have our solution cover as many buzz words and different technologies as possible. The current list includes:
